What under developing countries should do?

Today's biggest problem is great crises. Where the most developed civilizations been terrified with this crises, under developing countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh should come on a table and decide what to do for mutual benefits.
The role of people of such countries is very important. The sense making is only possible with quality education and civilized society. Politics should be for the people not for misuse of people.
